I had the sp6 and sp8 ( and sp11 ) along with the ph3 and my 2 cents worth is the PH3 phono stage was dissapointing for me. Not saying it was worse than the phono in the sp6 or 8 but for the money the sp6 and 8 were a better value. Hope that makes sense to you..........
