hi i have been reading your e-mail back and forth, i own a ref-3 and i am ready to buy some tubes are you saying i should replace my 6L6GC with the new 6550C AND HAVE BY-PASS CAPS INSTALLED or am i beter of just buying another 6L6GC IF ARC NO longer sells that tube thanks mike
