Audio Physic Scorpio vs Scorpio II

Anyone who´s heard Scorpio vs Scorpio II?
Is it a big difference between these?

I recently ordered a pair of the first version, the Scorpio II would cost me approx 1750$ more...would it be worth it??

I think I am about to pull the trigger on some Scorpio 2's sight unseen, but it might be a few weeks before I can report anything of substance.
