Audio Note kit preamp

Will it be the "M3" linestage from Audio Note Kits in Canada?

Will you be assembling it?

Will it use all stock parts or will you customize it, as many have?

I am very interesting Line 3 pre-Signature kit USA version, output can be use both Single (rca) and balance (xlr) with upgrade hi-B C core , DACT stereo pot and input selector. Please give me an advise included assembly service.
