Audio Magic: Buyer of used Mini Digitals beware

Since I am downsizing my Audio Magic power conditioning rig, I am looking for a used Audio Magic Mini Digital. Jerry, in the beginning, didn't have faceplates that said Digital Mini-- they just said Stealth Mini Purifier. I had one, but purchased it directly from Jerry, Mr. Silver himself, of Audio Magic, who assured me what the deal was. I found out, almost the hard way (before hitting send on the Paypal website ok a little exageration) that an Audiogoner is selling one as a Digital and it turns out doesn't have any idea if it is or isn't. There are a lot of AM digitals on the 'gon, but looking at it now? How is one to know for sure? Bottom line? Check their feedback, and pray. They could have been just as easily misled as I was.

Isn't there a silver sticker on the back that says "digital" if I remember correctly?

Matty
Yes indeed, you're right on that. It has been so long I forgot. I do have a clear visual of what that sticker looks like. Between that and the serial numbers I should have no problem. Thanks again guys...peace, warren :)

HI GUYS,

THE SERIAL NUMBERS ARE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE UNITS AND
THE DIGITALS DID HAVE LITTLE SILVER STICKERS ON THE BACK.
NOT TO SAY THEY COULDN'T HAVE COME OFF SOME HOW. IF IN
DOUBT PLEASE CALL OR E-MAIL ME AND I CAN VERIFY WITH MY
SERIAL NUMBER RECORDS..
