Audio Desk Vinyl Cleaner Pro X problem

So I was basically gifted the above unit, looks like brand new, he cleaned roughly about 500 records before it started having issues again. This was his last straw having issues with the first unit and the multiple trips back to Germany. They finally gave him a new unit, a 2020 version. This is the unit that was gifted to me.

I received it this week and finally had a chance to try it this morning. It goes through it's cycle but the brush rollers never engage and spin. Seems there is a bladder that sometimes needs priming, you remove the rollers to access it and push on the bellows to remove the air. I did that multiple times.

I think what the bladder does is lose it's buoyancy as the fluid is pumped from the bottom compartment to the top compartment and the weight of the fluid in the bladder causes it to drop down and through a lever of some sort draw the rollers together and engage the rear train.  Now this is all just a theory in how that works, can't think of anything else.

So has anyone been inside of one of these?
