Audio Alchemy VITB Impedence adjustment

Can anyone tell me, or better yet email me a diagram of how to adjust impedance in the Audio Alchemy VITB phono stage? The gain adjustment is well labeled, but the jumpers for impedance are not labeled at all. Thank you!
