Audigy 2ZS + Inspire 5.1 5200 = No Sound

I have installed the Audigy 2ZS + Inspire 5.1 5200 speakers and I get no sound at all. With same configuration I get sound right away with FPS 2000 Speakers.

Any idea what is the problem? I am getting crazy here!
