Audible Illusions 3b power supply

I was an Audible Illusions dealer and currently use a M3A+ as my reference preamp.  

Pretty sure there isn’t an additional fuse inside the power supply.

Do you have the newer power supply with the on/off switch or the older one without?  Some of those switches have failed.  Could be a bad switch, if you have one.

You said the fuses "seem" okay.  Do you have a VOM so you could check for sure?

Sorry you’re having issues.

Preamp is dead.  Fuse on power supply seems good.  Fuse inside main unit seems good.

1. Changed power cord.  Nothing.

2. Changed location of plugging in. Nothing.

Question: Do you know if there’s a fuse inside the power supply seems?

Have you tried plugging it into a different outlet on a different circuit?  Maybe something is amiss in your wiring.  Or if it's plugged into an AC power conditioner, make sure that is working correctly.

There have been a few posts over the years about the light burning out in the power supply units, but the main unit was still on.  Since both your lights are off, then it's not quite the same thing...unless both lights burnt out at the same time?  Does the preamp work?
