If you have a single colour, the seam side is the absorber.

Hi, thanks bdp24. Yes, I did call them, but the person who answered had not worked there long enough and did not know. And yes, with one colour there is a single seam so it's easy to know which side is the diffuser. But with two colours, there are two seams; one seam each time the two colours meet one another. |
