Arendal speakers...are they the real deal or all influencer hype?

I have no experience with this brand but articles etc keep popping up everywhere about how good they are; does anyone have any experience with the offerings?

I am a fan of direct-to-consumer sales like Buchardt. I have a pair, and it's one of the best bookshelf speakers I've owned. Arendal looks great on specs and reviews. But then I heard great reviews about a cheap Sony SS-CS5, which I had to return the very same day. It was Bull***.

I would like to get real-life reviews on Arendal Towers.

Looking at the measurements posted from a few places they look like the real deal. I hope it is true. I think Tower 8 looks like a steel at $9500. I am not in the market as I think these would be a step down for me but I would love to hear them sometime.

If you really want to jinx them, the Arendal 1723 got a good review and recommendation from Audio Science Review...  wink
