Are these fake?

Seller is in China, looks fake due the price of course... but I know sometimes they can be "fell off the truck" situations. Insight anyone?

I knew all those iPhones were fake. As far as OP question goes, fake as fake gets. At the same time, maybe as good as any you have ever had.
