arcam a38 vs nad m3

I have the m3 since 6 month and i want to change it for arcam (a38, or c31 pramp whit p38 poweramp). I don`t like the poor dynamic of the nad but i like the sweet treble and for my speaker its essential. Does arcam its a good choice for me and In general does the sound of arcam top of the line is better than the m3???

Arcam makes a terrific product. Very understated--my favorite amp in my early audiophile days was the legendary A-60. Since I owned a receiver--the family 'sound' was in tact, unchanged after all these years, except for improved resolution.
Go for it.
