ARC D 100A or Pass Labs Alpha 30

Hi
I'm setting up a budget system based on a pair of Magnepan MG 1.4s. I'm curretly looking at either the Pass Labs (not sure enough power) or a ARC D100a. I'll get a tubed preamp for either. I would appreciate your comments about these amps.
