AQVOX PHONO 2CI MKII true balanced Phono Preamp MC/MM

When searching for true balanced phono stages I came across this interesting design, current amplification for MC cartridges and regular voltage amplification for MM cartridges. Nice implementation with easy access to gain, impedance and capacitance adjustments for MM cartridges... and the price is reasonable.

I have a brand new PHONO 2CI. Norman at Aqvox says it will take a month to get the best sound out of it. Can hardly wait as this performs very dynamically with lots of detail out of the box ...

Meanwhile I´d like to hear your impressions and experiences about this quite unique phono preamplifier.
