AQ Blizzard or Thunder?

I recently added an AudioQuest Niagara 1200 line conditioner at the front of my headphone system. Presently I’m using an AQ Blizzard power cable for the 1200. Would stepping up to an AQ Thunder power cable for the Niagara make any difference at all in the SQ(sound quality) of my listening chain? Thanks

Blacker blacks and just more punch and body in the bass/midbass with this combination! What I have on the Power Plant 3: Chord Hugo TT2 DAC + Cayin HA-300 tube amp.
