Apogee Duetta II Signature Crossover Caps Recommendations

Hi All,

I’m getting my speakers completely refreshed by Bill Thalmann @ Music Technology with Graz KLM7 MRTW ribbons, Type 42 bass ribbons, mid/high ribbon wiring kit. I’m also considering have the original Sprague crossover capacitors replaced with either Auracap XOs or Multicap PPMFX capacitors. I’m looking to keep my cost in the realm of these caps. I’m wondering if anyone has direct experience, preferably with my model speaker, recapping and what you recommend? I’m open to mixing as well, but would need to understand the “why”.
