Anyone recommend PS for digital circuit?

I'm in the unfortunate position of having my digital wireless router, phone modem and disk station share the same circuit as my audio system. I'm keen to find out if anyone has used a UPS (battery power supply) to avoid digital contamination creeping in to the AC power circuit. If so, what do you recommend specificly? I presume there are good isolation devices 1 can plug in to that totally isolate the digital hash from such things as modems and wireless routers. Any help or suggestions are much appreciated.
