You could contact Vinshine if they carry 15VA. If they do, by no means. From the ads they have, VS only carries 25VA and you don’t need 25VA LPS for 5V/1A DC device. Also, you could go (much) higher power LPS but there is a caveat, i.e., If your downstream device or cable ever shorts, a 4.5A supply can potentially dump much more power than a 1A supply — higher risk of damage in fault conditions. Unless PL200T has overcurrent protection, I do not recommend you run 25VA on 5V/1A device.

I’m not sure IFI has ever released a true linear power supply. What you purchased is likely the iPower X. If so, the iPower X is still a switch-mode power supply (SMPS), though it features an impressively low ripple noise of just 1 μV.
I used it (15V version) with the IFI ZS and found it effective. However, I just want to point out that low ripple noise isn’t the only factor to consider — high-frequency switching noise, which is common in SMPS designs, can also impact performance.
For comparison, I’ve powered my Schiit DAC with both the iPower 2 (also rated at 1 μV ripple) and the LHY LPS (a linear power supply). The LHY LPS provided a noticeably darker background and improved soundstage.
