Anyone Know The History Of XStatic?

There is a local fellow who used to be a dealer for them, and has a pair that has recently been refreshed and updated. But for the life of me I cannot find anything about the company. They are elegantly made, look robust, but I sure would like some more information about them.

Anyone know the history of the company or listen to them?

Jason Daniels is the designer and creator of X-Static And the X-Static EC one

He still has quite an enterprise in his Oakland, California facility. I saw a few pairs of his X-Static 1 speakers And what must’ve been about 50 pairs of the original 1950s quad ESL speakers, which he does A brisk business, restoring and refurbishing. About 60,000 quads were made in their heyday, but probably less than 100 of his own design, the X-Static EC-1

Jason, 72, is still in the business of reparing and refurbishing electrostatic speakers He can be reached at his Oakland, CA facility at +1 (510) 541-3881
