Anyone have some good advise on setting up a vpi jr. upgrading carts

I can set up unipivot arms pretty well but the jr. is different looking, I think i have to flip table over just to turn nut for vta adjustments, geeze! Any set up advice welcome for that table/arm

They are Jelco designs, made in Japan. Both should have have an Allen screw on the arm base that you can loosen to adjust the arm height.
