Anyone have a Welborne Labs Remote Attenuator?

I am looking for anyone that has, or knows someone who does have, a remote for a Welborne Labs Remote Control Attenuator. Even a clue as to what universal remote might work with the right codes, this would be helpful.

I recently acquired a nice line stage tube preamp with a Welborne attenuator in it, but did not get the remote.

If anyone has one that can be programmed from a learning remote, or has the remote they don't need anymore, or a kit that was never completed that has the unit - please let me know so I can get my pre-amp up and running.
