I seem to remember an internal slide switch - do you see one? If I'm thinking of the right model, it has a mesh top, and the tubes are sitting sideways. If that's the one, we were very surprised at the sound quality of it for the money. The only quirk we remember is the almost useless balance/attenuater pots - if you ever need them. Arnie

I just picked up a Lazarus Cascade Deluxe. I did not gt a manual and am wondering how to switch between MM and MC. Also, opinions on this piece would be welcome. I'm very pleased with it in my system: PSE Studio IV, Maggie SMGc, Connoisseur TT, and Pioneer CD player. Thanks, Daryl
