Anyone compared Eastern Electric DAC Plus to PWD

Has anyone compared Eastern Electric DAC Plus with Omp Amps to the PS Audio Perfect Wave DAC MKII? I am thinking about making a change and wanted to hear from those who have actually compared the two DACs. I own the PWD MKII but after reading about the Eastern Electric DAC Plus with Omp Amps had my curiosity tweaked.

I have Bob Carver 180 mono-blocks and currently a First Sound Presence Deluxe MKIII line stage.
