It's a Scott Frankland design. I don't know if he is even doing them anymore. It's hard to go wrong with any of Frankland's stuff. He's good.

A dealer has kindly loaned me a V-8 stereo amp for a few days. I have it connected between my Wadia 861xi CD player and Dunlavy SC-IVa speakers.
The music emitted from this combination is very nice.
