Any thoughts on a Parasound HCA 1200

Does any one have any opinions about this amp? I can get one for 350 and was going to use it to run the woofers in my B&W 804 Matrix speakers. Thanks!

It is somewhat on the lean side, and a little hot on top...but, might just do fine on just bass duty.
