Any place that sells ML Cinema mounting brackets?

I'm sure I could buy a Martin Logan Cinema mounting bracket from ML direct but would pay up the wazoo for it. Are there any places that carry them? I searched on line but couldn't find any but someone says they are occassionally listed here (just the bracket).

My Cinema didn't come with the optional bracket.
