Any one compare Hegel H160 vs Ayre AX-7e + Schiit DAC?

I am upgrading my system and have a chance to go with the Hegel H160, however I like my little Schiit Bi-Frost (with Uber & Gen 2 USB). I can pick up a used Ayre Ax-7e for $1,000 cheaper and was wondering if anyone had compared the two set-ups head to head. 

Speakers - Verity Rienzi 

p.s I've heard the Hegel H160 on the Rienzi's and it sounds grea! Anyone had the Ayre Ax-7e paired with them?
