I picked up this CD today, I've been looking forward to it for a few months now.
It's Tom DeLonge (Blink 182) new band from members of GodSmack, Boxcar Racer among others...
The album is "We Don't Need To Whipser" and while it might be too sappy with the power ballads to some I find it very refreshing. Most noteworthy are tracks 1 (Valkyrie Missle) 4 (The Adventure) 7 (The Gift) and 8 (It Hurts). The album really sounds like The Cure mixed with u2 and Blink 182. The recording is actually of very high quality. The depth in sound stage is deeper then most rock albums and the bass is tight and firm. You'll be tapping your toes.
