Analog to Digital converter recommendation

I currently own a Camelot Uther D/A converter which also functions as my preamp. I have been very satisfied with the sound of the unit but I wish to connect an analog tuner. The Uther only has digital inputs. Can anyone make a recommendation for a decent but inexpensive analog to digital converter, hopefully in the $100-$300 range, which will accept stereo RCA's from a tuner or other analog source and output to digital with sample rate of 44.1 kHz? Sound quality is important but in this case I will be listening mostly to talk/news or background classical music.

Thanks

Thanks for the responses. I ended up taking your advice Cadet1 and went to Radio Shack. 40 bucks later I am now able to listen to my Adcom tuner through my digital pre. Thanks much for the advice. I tried Radio Shack once before but when I described what I was looking for they looked at me like I was crazy. Oh, and by the way the sound is quite good considering the analog signal is being converted to digital then back to analog. I'm keeping it.
