Amplifier/YBA technical issue diagnosis

Morning, I love my YBA Passion Integrated - sounds as good as the day I bought it. But.....it has a nasty habit of switching inputs on it's own as well as muting itself at times. ( I think I have ruled out issues related to the remote control) Does anyone know which internal component controls both these functions?
