Amplifier Resonance Control

Ron Hedrich of Marigo labs upgraded a used set of Mystery Feet VX to V2 for me, and added chamfered holes for spikes (see photo).  Used with my Unison S6 (without spikes) and my Pathos TT integrated (which can only take spike receptacle footers) they are the best resonance control devices for amplifiers I have ever encountered.  Their sound signature is neutral, but the drop in the noise floor and increase in clarity and articulation was greater than I expected.  There was also an increase in soundstage height.  Both amplifiers, like all of my components, are very well isolated first, and then footers are placed between the amps and isolation platforms to "drain" or tune component resonance.
