amplifier choice for focal speakers

need help in choosing a suitable amplifier, my system is trichord pulsar dac/transport. focal electra 926 speakers. current amplifier is an mvl A2+ I listen to rock/blues/electronica/.although this is all old gear it sounds good but the speakers deserve a higher quality amp my budget is $3000 so preferably a used amplifier used to own musical fidelity a3cr pre/power which I liked but were a little to smooth and safe with my pmc fb1+ at the time. Been looking at jeff rowland 102/capri, krell 400i, kav250a, aragon 8008,hegel h200 has anyone experience with the electra series thanks
