Amperex 6DJ8 Tube Questions

I see many Amperex 6DJ8 tubes for sale. Bugle Boys, World Logo, A Frame, Orange Label, Orange World Logo, Orange Globe A Frames, etc. I read Joe's Tube Lore on AA and he was recommending the orange globe logo tubes as very good sweet tubes over the Bugle Boys. So what is the difference between the orange globes and the (1) orange globe A frames, (2) orange label, (3) orange world logo tubes?

Thanks

All the orange label stuff is later than the white label/Bugle boy ones (which I think actually sound better - the earlier ones). White label is from about 1958(?) - 1962ish. Orange ran until 1970 or so. Green label was after that. World logo = doesn't mean much. Getters varied from A-frame (aka dimpled disc getter), to Halos large and small. No D-getters in this era, AFAIK. The getter doesnt' affect the sound of the tube, it's just a way of dating it to some degree. (though not really needed in this case since they are date-coded anyway).
