With those highly efficient speakers you do not need to waste money on power and can go for as high quality as you can afford.
My first pick would be the Ensemble Massimo Fuoco. It is a hybrid design, 150 watts per channel. It is built to the 9’s, Swiss build quality, remote control, one of the best units out there, and integrated has a lot of merits (short paths and no interconnects).
With that budget and those lower wattage needs, I’d be remiss to not suggest FM Acoustics. I believe the legendary 108/155 combo would come in under 40.
If you want to go tubes for those horns, I’d go Conrad Johnson. CJ and horns is a match made in heaven. I’ve never heard Jadis but I like the look of them and they are well built.
