Does anybody know if this company has gone out of business?
I recently purchased a couple of power cords from them online via their website (http://www.alexcable.netfirms.com/), through Paypal. I paid in full and have receieved absolutely nothing - complete 'radio silence'for the last month(!!) I raised a dispute through Paypal, but they have STILL not contacted either me OR Paypal.
This is strange, because I have purchased several of their products in the past few years, and they shipped promptly every time...
