Afforable PC's with EU plugs

Hey fellow audiophiles,

I’ve been wanting to step up from my standard no-name cables to something more serious, but the power cord market is absolutely nuts, who came up with these prices?! Even high-end headphone cables can’t even scratch the prices of power cords. (if you look in the right places)

3 pin power cords are actually sometimes affordable, but I’m having a very hard time picking a somewhat proper power cable for a non-ridiculous price in Europe especially since I need 3 of them about 1,5 or 2m would be perfect, 1 for a SS amplifier and 2 for high-end monitors. I’ve heard saw some relatively cheap PCOCC cables on ebay but they tend to use terrible brass plugs plated with whatever they can find (mostly gold), or the Supra LoRads are actually not that bad price wise either.

Personally I’ve been thinking about picking up a few meters of Oyaide Black Mamba V2, and some cheap high end plugs (maybe pure silver-ish to blow some life into the copper sound?) and be done with it, although I never assembled a cable in my life, but it seems like the best option by a mile. I have a Oyaide Neo D+ class A USB in my system and the shielding + the wonderful 102SSC copper really left me quite impressed with it.

Can anyone give me recommendations for reasonably priced European power cables, or perhaps a good Schuko brand along with a good IEC brand for if I go the DIY way?
Would appreciate it a lot!

Thanks for your suggestion, the only problem is I try to keep the budget tight, I can stretch to about 400 euro max (for all 3 not a single PC), I can get 5 meter black mamba V2 for around 200 euro, and then some some 30-50 euro plugs. I think that should be a major improvement and even rival PC's that are quite more expensive me thinks.
I have built my own from Neotech 3001- 111 power cable and Furutech plugs and SR blue fuse for about £400.00 each and a doddle to build. Give David at MCRU in Huddersfield a phone and he'll get you sorted out. I also use JPS Kaptovators which I bought some years ago and my homemade ones are every bit as good.
Jim.
