Aesthetix Calypso by pass problem

The home theater by pass on my pre seams to have stopped working. All I get when I engage it is a moderately low hum. I have tried reassigning the input and moving it to another input, same thing. Does any one have any ideas. I have reached out to Aesthetix as well, thanks, Allen.
