I did. I replaced the standard EH 6SN7 with NOS RCA 5692 red base. Amazing result. Now waiting for my Tung Sol 6SN7 to arrive. I will then try to see which is better.
It is nice to get a response even if it is a year later, thank you. I have also rolled in some NOS Sylvania 6SN7's to good effect. They really opened up the sound stage and provided more bass definition.
