Adjusting Lid on Shanling T100?

Anyone with the subject player have issues with the lid adjustment? Mine seems to be very sensitive to how it is adjusted boucning between not spinning the disc, if adjusted too 'heavy' or spinning the disc out of the player if adjusted too 'lightly' (the latter is fun to watch!

The result is inconsistent reading of discs and lots of fiddling. Love the sound however.

Any thoughts out there?
