Adding the musical fidelity dacv3

My current system rotel rmb 1080, rmb 1075, rsp1098, denon dvd2900, musical fidelity xpsuv3, x10v3, monster power avs2000, hts3600, B&w n804(front), html (center)

Would it be a good idea by adding the dacv3 to improve sound quality?
