Hi the 585 is a dual mono design from the start.The 585 is two 565's in one box.The best thing would be use a single 585 for each channel.But are you looking for more power?Because when you take a stereo amp and strap it in mono you lose half the damping factor.So true mono is the way to go.Good luck
Adcom 585 Be Mono?
I HAVE 2 ADCOM 585' AND I WOULD LIKE TO HOOK THEM UP BY METHOD OF MONO ~ MONO . DO ANY OF THE AUDIOPHILES OUT THERE HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MONO ~ ADCOM 585' ?
