ADC SX5E cartridge

I just bought a second (or third, or fourth) hand Pioneer PL-518X turntable. Nice and heavy, although not really high end, it's fun to play around with. It came equipped with an ADC SX5E cartridge. Google couldn't help me with the specs of the cartridge, but I found there are plenty of replacement styli for sale. Is the ADC worth investing? Or should I throw it out and buy something like an AT-95? Or would the Pioneer be good enough to spend more on a cartridge? If so, which would be compatible?
