I have a Dual Core and think it is a great piece of gear. That said, could you be asking to much of the Velodyne 18" subs? They will play low, but are they fast enough to keep up with the Khorns?
The Dual Core will fix your room nodes and help with phase issues, but it won't be able to speed up your subs. Perhaps a couple of 12"-10" subs will work better?
