Accuphase C-2300 Pre.amp

Hi, has anyone had any experience with the new Accuphase C-2300 preamp. ?
It it truly world class reference preamp, or are there better for similar money, for example Pass XP22 or NAIM NAC 332 ?

Im after a neutral sound that is dynamic, has a spacious soundstage and great bass. The tone controls in the Accuphase appeals to me greatly.

It will be driving my ATC SCM100ASL Tower active speakers.
