A Hard to Pick Trio
I have been looking for a new front end source for the last couple months and have narrowed it down to three, now comes the hard part of choosing which one to go with. I am looking for redbook performance, something with detail, but that is musical and has 3D like depth. My three are:
Resolution Audio Opus 21
Accuphase DP-75
Cary 306/200
These three are all within a hundred or so dollars on the Audiogon classifieds and I don't think I could go wrong with any of them, they all seem to be built well and reviewed well. Just wondering if anybody has heard all three or has some experience with any of them? I listen to jazz and classic rock 99% of the time and I have a Marantz 8400 for DVD and SACD. The rest of my system is,
Conrad-Johnson MF-2250A
Audes Blues
Marantz SR19 Processor/Surround
Analysis Plus Solo Crystal 8
Audioquest Anaconda ic
Stealth Audio pc
Furman line conitioner
Amps go to a 10/3 20 amp dedicated line.
