I was going to use the digital output. the onkyo i was referring to is the "onkyo nd s1 ipod dockĀ. The reviews were great on this item. I contacted onkyo and they have no plans to sell this in the USA.

A good ipod dock for an ipod classic.
I am looking for a good audio ipod dock for my ipod classic. I was 1st looking at the wadia 170i and then was distracted by the onkyo, but is only avail in Europe. Is the new wadia that much better? Anyway, any input would be appreciated. Merry Christmas and have a great holiday season.
