804 matrix or 802 series 80?

Hi! I'm having a hard choice between the bowers Wilkins 804 matrix and 802 series 80(the 1st gen).

i can find them at similar price (800), but I never listened to either. 

I have a mid level turntable (about 1000) and a similar cd (about 1500) but I don't have a great amp. I like classical music and especially orchestral.

any suggestions will be appreciated! Thanks!
