6sn7 and 5u4 tubes

Will changing the 6sn7 and the 5u4 tubes in my cary 2a3i intergrated make that much of an audible difference when compared to the stock tubes?

Has anyone else found this tube to be microphonic in this application, or is it possible that the tube itself is bad (the Sylvania Chrome top 6SN7 it replaced was not microphonic in this preamp).
