47 Labs phonocube, high gain vs low gain

I am looking to add a 47 Labs phonocube to my system however I am not sure about the version I should buy. They have high gain version and a low gain version. I am trying to gather information on which version suits a wider range of MC cartridges ? Which version is used more often by members here ? Please share the cartridge details also that you have used with this phonostage. I will be using mostly either a Lyra, Benz, Dynavector or ZYX.

The "compatibility" paragraph on the 47 labs website implies that the regular would work best with most of the brands you mention as most of their models do not have extremely low output nor high internal impedence.
